The time has come for this year's Bill Rose Memorial Award nominations to celebrate those employees within the Administrative Services division who exemplify excellence and dedication to UAA's mission.

Eligibility

Nominees must be currently employed with a unit under the Administrative Services division of UAA Anchorage Campus.
Administrative Services units are:

• Budget Office
• Campus/Business Services, including:
• 木瓜直播 Airlines Center
• Bookstore
• Event Services
• Housing
• Parking Services
• Seawolf Dining
• Employee Experience
• Facilities & Campus Services, including:
  • Facilities Business Office
  • General Support Services
  • Health/Safety and Risk
  • Maintenance and Operations
  • Planning and Construction
• Financial Services, including:
  • Accounts Payable and Travel
  • Bursar鈥檚 Office
• Information Technology Services
• University Police Department.

The reporting line must go up through the Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services (VCAS) at UAA. If a position reporting line goes through a dean or director of a college, that position is not eligible for this award. Members of the Administrative Services Senior Executive Team (those who report directly to the VCAS) are not eligible for this award.

Criteria

To be considered for the award, Administrative Services employees must meet the following criteria:

• Demonstrate exceptional and consistent outstanding performance.
• Show consistent dedication to exemplary customer service.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
• Make significant contributions towards achieving UAA's Mission or Aspirations, or demonstrate our Core competencies.
• Employees should strive to embody these guidelines in their daily work and contributions to the organization. Nominations for the award will be evaluated based on adherence to these criteria.

Nominations must be submitted by June 27, 2025.
